This detail illustrates the connection of the eave strut and door jamb to a shared bolted jamb clip at a door opening in the sidewall.
The bolted jamb clip (BC-37_) forms the base of the assembly, positioned between the eave strut and door jamb.
The eave strut sits against the top of the bolted jamb clip and is bolted through using (4) 1/2" x 1-1/4" A307 bolts with (8) washers, two washers per bolt, sandwiching the strut web and clip together.
The door jamb sits against the bolted jamb clip below the eave strut and is bolted through using the same (4) 1/2" x 1-1/4" A307 bolts with (8) washers, sandwiching the jamb and clip together.
