Am I Eligible For Direct Pricing?

It really doesn't take much to qualify for the benefits of buying a steel building at factory-direct pricing. One of the biggest advantages is having the opportunity to access direct pricing not only on the steel building system itself, but also on major components like doors, windows, insulation, and more.

Armstrong's Factory Direct Buy program is built to make the purchase process simple and straightforward. If you know what you want to build (or even if you're still deciding), our team will help you design the right building, confirm what's needed, and guide you through the process step by step — from planning and engineering to ordering and delivery.

And in many cases, timing can work in your favor. Projects that are ready to place an order and accept delivery within a defined window may qualify for additional pricing incentives — especially when that schedule helps us efficiently fill open production slots.

How Factory Direct Buy Works

To get started, you'll place your order with a standard down payment (which includes engineering) and select a delivery window that aligns with your project. In certain situations, delivery can be adjusted when special circumstances apply — your project manager can explain what options are available.

You're probably eligible if you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • You have your financing in place, OR
  • You know what you want, OR
  • You have your land or somewhere to store your delivered building components OR
  • You're prepared to pay an engineering payment to secure your steel order and begin working on your drawings with your project manager.

Don't meet these requirements? You may still be eligible. Call 1-800-345-4610 or fill out this form now to get started.
