Armstrong Steel Helps Colorado Ranch Get Horses Ready For Winter

If horses could talk, they’d be thanking their owners profusely.

Salida, Colorado gets about 43 inches of snowfall each winter, and that was one of the biggest motivations for Will and Nancy K. to look for a steel building that could hold up to that type of seasonal precipitation in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Armstrong Steel loves engaging with Colorado customers, as Colorado is the proud home of Armstrong’s corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility.

Will & Nancy’s metal barn boasts Arcadian slider doors, a lean-to, skylights, and Armstrong’s commercial insulation package. Traditionally, barns were made out of wood, but the Kay’s opted to go with steel because of the benefits, like enhanced durability, energy efficiency and ease of assembly. Steel is the perfect choice for building a barn because it is the most cost effective. Plus, a steel building requires undemanding maintenance, has a higher resistance to the elements, and it’s easy to customize and expand.

salida-colorado-steel-building-2

Initially, Will and Nancy were concerned about insulating the barn for the sake of their horses. Salida, Colorado is also one of the top U.S. cities in terms of largest differences between daily temperature highs and lows. The couple wanted to make sure that everything in the barn would be sheltered from the severe weather, too.

Insulating your building can be expensive if you do it on your own, but Armstrong’s commercial insulation packages are designed specifically for a metal building. Armstrong Steel offers reasonably priced insulation packages, along with a myriad of other additions, which can be added to any building. Every Armstrong steel building is unique and customized especially for you, and a dedicated Project Manager can take steps to ensure you get what you need, without breaking the bank.

“We are so impressed with how sturdy our Armstrong building is! The shipping department was a pleasure to work with and always answered the phone when we called with a question. We're really glad we didn't cut corners and went with Armstrong's commercial insulation package as it is staying quite warm in our building as temperatures begin to drop here in Salida," says Will K.

"If there’s one thing we do better than our peers in the pre-engineered steel construction industry, it's hyper focus on the customer experience. It’s our job to ensure every aspect of a customer's purchase goes as smoothly as possible," says Ethan Chumley, Founder and CEO of Armstrong Steel.

Armstrong Steel offers building solutions for every need, large or small. Armstrong's quality is incomparable, making it an easy choice when it comes to your building needs.

Your horses are sure to show their appreciation, too.

Steel buildings have become extremely popular across the U.S. for auto shops looking to grow their business and have more space to operate.

An “Auto”matic Tune-up: Immigrant-Owned Repair Shop Sees Company Grow with New Steel Building from Armstrong Steel

Colorado’s small business owners are the lifeblood of the American free enterprise system. When small businesses succeed, we as Americans all succeed. Local communities and local economies are stimulated as those small business owners inject goods and services back into society.

Local entrepreneurs come from all nations, races and religions. Colorado’s immigrant-owned businesses generate a whopping $684 million a year in revenue, according to research conducted by the American Community Survey. There are over 13,000 immigrant-owned small businesses in Colorado, according to a recent study conducted by the Fiscal Policy Institute, a research organization in New York, and that number is most likely growing everyday.

A prime example of a successful immigrant-owned Denver Metro business is Loris and Eddie Z’s auto shop located just north of Littleton, Colorado. Eddie finally decided it was time to build newer, larger space, and they wanted to use prefabricated building materials from local company Armstrong Steel Buildings.

Eddie and Loris came to Denver in search of opportunity. While it is true that 100 years ago, during the industrial revolution, immigrants were coming to the U.S. to fill general labor jobs to improve the economic position for themselves and their families, a lot has changed since then. These two business owners had a very specific idea of what they wanted when contacting Armstrong Steel to expand their business. They envisioned a clear span building with enough bays to accommodate the increasing workload their business has been experiencing.

steel-building-auto-shop-2

As Iranian immigrants, Eddie and Loris are, without question, an American success story.

“The fabric of our nation is woven by the immigrant experience and its colorful patchwork is a living witness to America’s success. On the whole, America & Denver is reaping the benefits of our immigrant-friendly economic and civic structure,” says Eric Beavers, VP of Operations for Armstrong Steel.

Being familiar with construction, the Eddie knew the advantages of metal buildings and knew an Armstrong Building would be an extremely cost effective solution for what they envisioned. They contacted Armstrong Steel with their idea and Armstrong’s team of experts suggested a 70x60x14 steel building package, which included doors, skylights, gutters, downspouts, and insulation.

“Every time I’ve shown up to Armstrong Steel’s Headquarters in the Denver Tech Center to discuss a building project with the project managers they are accommodating, efficient, priced right and they take care of our needs.” says Shane M., a prominent Denver area general contractor who managed the project.

steel-building-auto-shop-3

As the Zarooki’s business continues to grow, they plan to stick with Armstrong for any future expansion needs.

“We initially sent a building deposit to a well-known steel building company in Denver who we later learned had an established reputation for stealing people’s deposits and not delivering buildings. That was a huge mistake because we never got our building and they still have our money. Our first call should have been Armstrong Steel,” said Loris Z.

“Armstrong Steel is proud to contribute to building this land of opportunity for all persons living within our borders, especially those who came to our country in search of opportunity. Their hopes and dreams strengthen our own communities, and remind us that the great expanse of our country was built by hands from foreign lands,” said Ethan Chumley, Armstrong Steel’s Founder and CEO.

Locking in Your Steel Order

Armstrong Steel provides qualified customers with a simple way to take advantage of lower steel prices with a small engineering payment. Steel is a commodity that behaves similarly to other commodities such as oil. Unfortunately, current market conditions don’t allow for the locking in of your steel price. Consumers often times find it difficult to grasp the concept of steel prices rising and falling because steel price fluctuations aren't front and center on the news like oil which causes gas prices to fluctuate wildly, all the while steadily increasing. Except currently, steel and lumber prices are soaring and it’s basically impossible to lock in your steel price with anyone right now.

Steel prices, like any commodity, are ultimately influenced by supply and demand. Oil prices increase because of factors that are reported on national news like wars, pipeline shutdowns and the summer driving season. Steel prices also react to decreased supply and increased demand but its factors are often not on the news. When the tsunami hit Japan, steel prices were affected. When steel manufacturing facilities go on strike around the world or are struggling to get fully staffed like what we’re experiencing currently, steel prices are affected. When the Keystone pipeline was shut down, the increase in oil prices affects everything you purchase. When construction season comes around, steel prices are affected. When the need for steel increases, the global supply goes down which in turn causes a spike in steel prices around the world. The current and projected future economic climate makes now the best time to purchase a steel building. In fact, the sooner the better as you want to avoid incurring more than one price increase.

Armstrong Steel has long been the largest and most recognized pre-engineered building supplier in the United States. Thousands of people contact Armstrong Steel every month! We have the buying power in the industry necessary to acquire steel building materials when many other brokers are being turned away. Unforeseen events like what we are currently experiencing cause steel prices to increase and steel to become hard to obtain but Armstrong Steel offers its clients access to extraordinary buying power.

Builders want to do business with a name they can trust because it just doesn't make sense to take a risk. Many internet based companies are nothing more than a website and ultimately, you really don't know who you're working with. Don't risk your investment! Go with Armstrong.

How's It Work?

With a very modest engineering payment you are assigned a project manager who will help you design your building and get your project slotted in engineering and detailing. This is a huge advantage in today's market and something that smaller steel building outfits are not able to do. Many steel building websites are just a broker with a telephone who then has to subcontract the detailing and engineering elsewhere. With current conditions, that can be very problematic and lead to the assessment of multiple price increases while you wait for engineering and detailing labor and/or actual materials to become available. Be very selective and don't risk your project with just anyone.

Two Great Purchasing Options:

DirectBuy Program

Often called "Direct Pricing", Armstrong's DirectBuy program is great for folks who are looking to realize significant savings on the steel itself and select their own components locally or from the direct pricing catalog.

More on Buying Direct

Retail Building Purchase

An option for those who seek a more hands off, full-service approach. Call your Building Expert at corporate headquarters for further assistance.

The impending future economic climate makes now a great time for many folks to buy a steel building as some project steel to cost twice as much a year from now. While price increases are impossible to avoid right now, it’s better to get your building now than a year from now.

Direct Buy Eligibility

Typically, you can qualify if you have your financing in place, know what you want, have a place to store your delivered building, and are prepared to make a fractional engineering payment towards the final balance of your building.

It really isn't difficult to qualify to participate in Armstrong's DirectBuy program. One of the biggest benefits to Armstrong's DirectBuy program is access to a project manager who, for lack of a better term, will hold your hand and walk you through this process step by step.

You'll have access to Armstrong's Direct Pricing Catalog and receive special pricing not only for steel but on building components such as doors, windows, insulations, etc.

It is important to note that in order to receive Armstrong's Direct Pricing Catalog or to get slotted in engineering, you must hold an existing order with us.

Once approved to participate in Armstrong's DirectBuy program, your journey does not stop there. Learn more about helpful tips and guidelines in our next section.

Am I Eligible For Direct Pricing?

It really doesn't take much to qualify for a range of benefits earned through buying a steel building at factory direct pricing.Chief among those benefits is an opportunity to take part in direct pricing not only on steel but on building components as well such as doors, windows, insulation, etc.

Until recently, buying steel and pre-engineered building systems factory direct were only accessible to the nation's largest contractors. Armstrong pledged to change that. While Armstrong's DirectBuy program is designed specifically for those who have a prepared job site, our project managers prefer to spend time designing your building with you fairly and in a way that reflects the realities of each project. That means projects that have prepared and ready job sites or are timed to perfectly fill a void in our project schedule (like in the winter) may get extra special pricing.

In order to qualify to participate in Armstrong's Factory DirectBuy program, you must be able to pay an engineering fee to place your steel order and accept delivery of the building in a timely manner, however you may choose to delay the delivery of your steel building system under special circumstances. Ask your project manager for details.

You're probably eligible if you meet one or more of the following conditions:

  • You have your financing in place, OR
  • You know what you want, OR
  • You have your land or somewhere to store your delivered building components, OR
  • You're prepared to pay an engineering payment to secure your steel order and begin working on your drawings with your project manager.
Don't meet these requirements? You may still be eligible. Call 800-345-4610 or fill out this form now to get started.

Armstrong Steel Building Systems, a Colorado company, proudly announces its ranking of #11 among the Top 100 Construction Companies nationally in Inc. magazine’s 2013 Inc. 500, an exclusive recognition of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies.

DENVER -Armstrong Steel Building Systems, a Colorado company, proudly announces its ranking of #11 among the Top 100 Construction Companies nationally in Inc. magazine’s 2013 Inc. 500, an exclusive recognition of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy-America’s independent entrepreneurs. For 32 years, Inc. has welcomed the fastest growing private companies in America into a very exclusive club. Make no mistake: The club is more exclusive this year than ever in its history. Simply to make it onto the Inc. 500 this year, a company had to grow more than 918 percent from the start of 2010. The average company on the list grew a mind-boggling 2,900 percent. Those are results most businesses could only dream of in the economy of the past three years.

As an Inc. 500 honoree, Armstrong Steel Building Systems now shares a pedigree with Intuit, Zappos, Under Armour, Microsoft, Jamba Juice, Timberland, Clif Bar, Pandora, Patagonia, Oracle, and dozens of other notable recent alumni. In addition to Armstrong Steel Building Systems, the 2013 list added such powerhouses as Alex and Ani, LivingSocial, Bojangles, Otterbox, and KT Tape.

“Armstrong Steel is honored to be recognized as one of the United States’ fastest-growing companies,” said President, Ethan Chumley. “Our company has grown exponentially to just over 50 full time employees-and we don’t plan on stopping there. We offer innovative building solutions with competitive prices in a staggering economy. Recognition within this national arena as #11 in the Construction Industry, a 1,438% percent three-year growth rate, and ranking No.10 among all private companies in the state of Colorado is a notable accomplishment. Congratulations is in order to each and every one of our hard working team members.”

“Armstrong Steel Building Systems crafts unique, cleanly designed, meticulously engineered, top of the line buildings that match our clients’ lifestyles. Our culture has embodied a sort of fanatical attention to detail. Each Armstrong building is designed by a small, handpicked team of designers. They are extremely close, focused and committed to the same goals. You may only do this once! Let us be a part of your endeavor. We promise, you won’t be disappointed,” said Jeremy Bjork, Sr. Project Manager.

At Armstrong Steel, we understand that not all our customers are alike. We have some customers who understand all of the technical nuances of contracting and have the capability of doing everything themselves. We also have customers who are completely new to the idea of managing their own building project and we recognize that the experience can be intimidating. Bottom line? Some of our customers will need a fair amount of hand holding and that’s OK! We love sharing our knowledge and expertise with new customers. We’ll show you how to cut out the middleman or we’ll put you in touch with an Armstrong dealer who can manage your entire project – start to finish. Hawaiian Falls Waco, the largest waterpark in central Texas, approached Armstrong Steel about quickly designing, engineering, and delivering a metal building for use as a food pavilion. Hawaiian Falls Waco has the areas first football field-sized water pool, two, six-story slide complexes, raft rides, and tube slides.

DENVER –The newest addition to the five waterpark chain, which has 4 other locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, recently contracted Armstrong Steel to assist them in their $6.7 million dollar renovation. Armstrong Steel was happy to design, engineer, and deliver steel for their new waterpark. They shopped and compared many other steel building companies, but Armstrong Steel’s affordable pricing and high quality product blew the competition out of the water. In fact, everyone other quote came in at roughly double what Armstrong Steel quoted.

Hawaiian Falls came to Armstrong Steel in the midst of their renovation. They wanted a durable structure that could withstand the elements. Steel was the obvious choice because it doesn’t warp, expand, contract, absorb water, feed termites, rust, catch fire or become a breeding ground for fungus; which makes it an ideal choice for a water park. They also had a very specific deadline to meet. Hawaiian Falls needed this structure to be delivered as fast as possible so they would have enough time to complete construction before their grand opening, and they knew they could trust Armstrong Steel.

“Timing was an extremely important factor for us and we knew no one in America could get a steel building on site quicker than Armstrong Steel – so the choice was easy. We needed an open structure to use for a food pavilion at our waterpark in Waco, Texas. Armstrong Steel came through and got us our building in time for our Grand Opening ceremony,” says Adam J project manager for Hawaiian Falls Waco.

“The quality of the building blew us away – especially considering they had the lowest price. Literally, they came in at about half the cost of everyone else. We expected it to be easy to erect but, wow! It was a breeze! The quality of the building was beyond anything we anticipated and the pre-galvanized secondary framing was impressive. With all of the unscrupulous steel building companies out there today, we’re glad we chose Armstrong Steel because we got what we paid for and THEN some AND they came through in a pinch!” said Adam Jordan, project manager for Hawaiian Falls Waco, Texas location.

Delivery is never an issue for Armstrong Steel. Armstrong’s in house engineering department allows for quick and efficient designing, detailing, and engineer certification of your building so you get exactly what you want, when you need it. The added benefit of pre-engineered metal buildings is the time you save during construction. Armstrong Steel Buildings come complete with detailed assembly instructions, an erection manual, wet stamped engineer certified blueprints and all the parts are numbered to correspond with the drawings. This allows a small crew to quickly erect and put the finishing touches on an Armstrong Building in mere weeks instead of taking months to construct a comparable building made from traditional materials.

“As promised, Armstrong Steel came through and delivered the building on time and we made sure it went up without a hitch well before Hawaiian Falls grand opening on May 28th 2012. The Waco branch of Hawaiian Falls experienced a successful opening and an immensely successful season drawing 145,000 visitors! We’re proud to have been a part of it all,” says Ethan Chumley, President of Armstrong Steel.

Armstrong Steel was delighted to be a part of Hawaiian Falls Waco’s reconstruction and is now the go to company for any other additions they may require. Dave Busch, Hawaiian Falls CEO said he will meet with city officials soon to propose some ideas, including more large-scale and small-scale water features, live entertainment, ropes courses and zip lines.

Armstrong Steel, a Greenwood Village, Colorado based Original Equipment Manufacturer of metal building kits was recently contracted by Noel Pritchett to assist him with designing a 60’ x 70’ steel framed home with a 27’ x 39’ attached lean to including walk doors, garage doors, and windows. He instantly knew he wanted an Armstrong Steel building and said he chose Armstrong Steel Buildings because of the quality, reputation, and affordable price.

DENVER –The home Mr. Pritchett built in conjunction with Armstrong Steel is located in Cedar Creek, Texas and is one of many that Armstrong Steel has worked on in Texas. In fact, Texas is one of the busier states Armstrong Steel designs buildings for.

Noel Pritchett came to Armstrong Steel to get the framework he needed to build his home. Many people are using steel for residential construction simply because of the cost savings and durability. On average, a self-built home employing builders, costs 20% less than an average new-build home according to Tom de Castella of BBC News Magazine. That same study also found that the number of people building their own homes is increasing dramatically across the globe.

“Armstrong Steel is seeing a rise in the sale of pre-engineered building materials for use in residential construction, and consequently we are offering rebates to first time builders,” says President of Armstrong Steel, Ethan Chumley. Other companies are often intimidated by the heightened level of difficulty involving designing pre-engineered homes, but Armstrong Steel’s pre-engineered designers, draftsmen, and detailers are able to quickly and efficiently get you exactly the design you want while staying on budget.

“Everyone at Armstrong does exemplary work and is so nice and helpful. We also want to say how much we enjoyed working with our project manager. He is very knowledgeable in so many areas and was wonderful to work with. The local company in Bastron, TX that we hired to erect the building couldn’t have been more complimentary about the quality of the building and the ease in which it went up,” says Noel Pritchett. “They were so impressed with the structure! The building is exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a job so well done! We would highly recommend you, your company, and all of your employees to anyone looking to purchase a steel building. It was a pleasure to work with you.”

“We can’t put into words just how much we love our finished Armstrong Building! The covered porch and the rest of the building turned out beautifully. Armstrong Steel did an amazing job! All of the work was done with such care, skill, and precision.” says Mr. Pritchett. “When a few panels showed up the wrong length, Armstrong Steel was so quick about getting new replacement panels on site. It all went smoothly and we’re glad we chose Armstrong Steel. Thanks again.”

PowerRail Distribution, a family owned and operated provider of locomotive parts and components, has selected Armstrong Steel to supply them with a custom 75 x 125 x 18 steel building which they will use as a manufacturing facility in Georgetown, Delaware.

DENVER –“They were counting on Armstrong Steel Buildings for fast service and the right price on their pre-engineered steel building,” stated Ethan Chumley, President of Armstrong Steel. “Our consultants, designers, detailers and project managers listened to their needs, took their specific requirements, provided them with a design they loved and we got right to work detailing and engineering their building”.

PowerRail Distribution has always been dedicated to offering its customers a better solution with cost savings, product quality and unbeatable customer service in mind. Having similar corporate principles, it’s easy to see why they selected Armstrong Steel to provide their new facility. PowerRail Distribution has been the alternative choice for quality locomotive parts and components at competitive prices since 2003. With the rail industry poised for consistent and steady growth, it’s clear why PowerRail is expanding.

A study by Marcy Lowe of Duke University prepared on behalf of Apollo Alliance with support from the Rockefeller Foundation states “In urban transit rail, industry analysts forecast growth due to a combination of pent-up demand for rail service and a backlog of needed capital investment. According to a recent nationwide analysis of transit agencies’ and municipal planning organizations’ long-range plans, at least 400 rail, streetcar and bus rapid transit projects are in the planning. In total, these projects represent over $248 billion of investment in 76 regions in 37 states, including 10 projects worth over $10 billion.”

Armstrong Steel is always delighted to assist companies with expanding their business affordably. Paul Foster, President & CEO of Power Rail, had specific requirements for their new manufacturing facility and Armstrong Steel Buildings had no problem helping them maintain a cost effective design. Armstrong Steel’s primary goal is to make sure clients get what they need for an affordable price.

“I cannot remember the last time that I received customer service like I have from Armstrong Steel. Our Armstrong Steel project manager, Jeremy, was extremely knowledgeable and assisted us at every turn. Kitty in the shipping department was on point and always had answers to our questions with respect to our scheduled delivery date. In short, everything went smoothly and you guys did everything we expected of you. I am sure that the other folks I didn’t deal with directly are just as helpful – because it seems to be a part of your company’s culture. We’d recommend Armstrong Steel to anyone building a manufacturing facility!” says William Brown, Operations Support at Power Rail Distribution.

“When I was shopping around for a 60x120x16 building, General Steel wound up acting like every company in the industry couldn’t be trusted. When I told them I was buying an Armstrong building, they insisted on putting me on the telephone with a Vice President who proceeded to tell me that Armstrong Steel would steal my deposit, not deliver my building, and wind up penalizing me with price increases. I’m glad I didn’t let them scare me out of choosing Armstrong Steel. None of these things wound up happening. I decided to go with Armstrong Steel to buy my 60x120x16 Armstrong building with galvanized secondary framing, interior liner panel, 6″ roof and wall insulation, (2) 24×16 overhead doors, (1) 16×14 overhead door, (3) walk doors, and (8) 3×3 windows. Guess what showed up? Exactly that …and on the date they said it would. I am very pleased with Armstrong Steel and would recommend them to anyone!” says Jeff Darr.

DENVER –Armstrong Steel has been selected by Darr Equipment in Illinois to draft, design, detail, engineer, and supply an Armstrong Steel pre-engineered metal building for construction in Piasa, Illinois. The project consists of a 60x120x16 Armstrong Steel Building with a 3:12 roof pitch, interior liner panel, and Armstrong’s premium roof and wall insulation package. Dirt work is complete and concrete work has just commenced.

Mr. Darr selected Armstrong Steel based on their extremely competitive pricing and pre-galvanized secondary framing.

Saving people money to help them live better was the goal Armstrong Steel’s founder envisioned when he established Armstrong Steel Corporation. Armstrong Steel continues to deliver that promise to business owners, builders, engineers, developers, corporate purchasing directors, congregations, homeowners and architects. It’s the focus that underlies everything Armstrong does.

Armstrong Steel knows that price matters to it’s customers, whether they live in the United States, Central America, or Canada. That’s why they offer the best quality steel buildings at the lowest prices to all of their clients.

Armstrong Steel also looks at savings that go beyond their steel building prices. For example, they regularly work with their suppliers to introduce more energy efficient products that save customers money for years to come.

Armstrong Steel clients keep coming back because they know they will find the lowest prices around on the buildings that match their lifestyle.

“Saving money is a means to helping our customers live better. By offering the best possible prices on the buildings our customers need, we can help them afford something a little extra. Saving people money so they can live better is at the heart of everything we do. Simply put, helping people live better is more than something we do, it’s who we are,” says Armstrong Steel’s President, Ethan Chumley.

Armstrong Steel also sees opportunities to help people live better beyond the walls of their steel buildings. That is why they support causes that are important to it’s local communities, like education, and why they are working hard to do their part in protecting our planet and conserving natural resources for generations to come.

By working closely with communities and suppliers, Armstrong Steel reaches beyond just it’s customers to help improve the lives of people around the globe.

Colorado’s immigrant-owned businesses generate a whopping $684 million a year in revenue, according to a five-year average from the American Community Survey. According to a recent study conducted by a research organization in New York, there are over 13,000 immigrant-owned small businesses in Colorado.

DENVER – Colorado’s immigrant-owned businesses generate a whopping $684 million a year in revenue, according to research conducted by the American Community Survey. There are over 13,000 immigrant-owned small businesses in Colorado according to a recent study conducted by the Fiscal Policy Institute, a research organization in New York.

The report, Immigrant Small Business Owners: A Significant and Growing Part of the Economy, details the number and characteristics of immigrant small business owners across the country and Colorado’s number of immigrant owned businesses, specifically, is an ‘unexpected finding’ said Kathy White, deputy project director at the Colorado Fiscal Policy Institute. Another interesting finding, the report says, is that Denver Metro immigrants are 10 percent more likely to own a small business than their U.S.-born counterparts.

The study used data from the U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey. The $684 million in earnings from immigrant-owned businesses is based on revenues from 2006 to 2010, the publication reports.

The study defined small businesses as firms with fewer than 100 employees. In the United States, small businesses employed 35 million people in 2007, accounting for 30 percent of all private-sector employment, according to the most recent Survey of Small Business Owners reported in the study.

A prime example of a successful immigrant owned Denver Metro business is Loris and Eddie Zarooki’s auto shop located just north of Littleton, Colorado. This year, the Zarooki’s decided it was time to build newer, larger space, all thanks to using prefabricated building materials from local company Armstrong Steel Buildings.

Owners Eddie and Loris Zarooki came to Denver in search of opportunity.

As Iranian immigrants, the Zarooki’s are, without question, an American success story. “The fabric of our nation is woven by the immigrant experience and its colorful patchwork is a living witness to America’s success. On the whole, America & Denver is reaping the benefits of our immigrant-friendly economic and civic structure.” says Eric Beavers, VP of Operations for Armstrong Steel.

Being familiar with construction, the Zarooki’s knew the advantages of metal buildings and knew an Armstrong Building would be an extremely cost effective solution for what they envisioned. They contacted Armstrong Steel with their idea and Armstrong’s team of experts suggested their 70x60x14 package, which included doors, skylights, gutters, downspouts, and insulation.

“Every time I’ve shown up to Armstrong Steel’s Headquarters in the Denver Tech Center to discuss a building project with the project managers they are accommodating, efficient, priced right and they take care of our needs.” says Shane Mostashiry, a prominent Denver area general contractor managing the project.

Our first call should have been Armstrong Steel.” Loris Zarooki said.

“Armstrong Steel is proud to contribute to building this land of opportunity for all persons living within our borders, especially those who came to our country in search of opportunity. Their hopes and dreams strengthen our own communities, and remind us that the great expanse of our country was built by hands from foreign lands.” said Ethan Chumley, Armstrong Steel’s CEO.
