I built a woodworking shop with my Armstrong Steel building, and I couldn't be more pleased. It's my first steel building, and I was able to put it up myself with no problems. All the parts fit together perfectly; it was like a big kit. The staff at Armstrong were great to work with. We had a couple of issues with parts when the building was delivered, and Armstrong fixed them right away. I would definitely recommend Armstrong Steel.

We chose Armstrong for a couple of reasons. First, you were in Colorado, like us. Second, I'm pretty particular about actually connecting with an individual; these days, it gets harder and harder to do that. Zach was available to talk to and did a good job for us. I have heard nothing but good things about the building. The customer service did a great job, and we are very happy with the product. We would definitely purchase from you guys again in the future.

When I approached Armstrong, everybody there was very helpful, and they told me that they would get me the building and they gave me a lead time. And they delivered on that lead time. All the problems we had with the other company that we started with, we didn't have any of those problems with Armstrong. And in fact, this building was already erected when that other building finally arrived, after years of delays. What I would say to other potential customers is you need to know who you're purchasing from. This is a big purchase, and you need a company that is going to be there when they say they're going to be there. That's the biggest thing. Everything that Armstrong said that they would do, they did, and at the price, they said they were going to do it at.

Armstrong takes a lot of responsibility for doing the changes and understanding what you need. I like it when you call Armstrong, the same guy answers the phone. When you're working on a specific project, that's what you want. You don't want to have to re-explain everything every time. It's the same in our world, having somebody who is a specific project manager for your project is key.

The longevity of steel buildings to me is the way to go. We picked Armstrong Steel buildings for the design-build aspect. The other big driving factor is that the plant for Armstrong is located right here in Denver. It was just a great experience!

I wanted to find a local manufacturer in Colorado. I just wanted to know that the product was right here and not Florida. If I have an issue with it, Armstrong is right down the road, or if I want to do it again, I just didn't want to have to find the same thing over and over. The quality is great, nothing is cheap, nothing is inferior. It is a good product so you have to be happy with that. There are quite a few different buildings around where I work and my building certainly looks better than them. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
